LY-HB3000B is an Intelligent 2-in-1 High-Speed Rigid Box Making Machine with Bubble Pressing. Production speed up to 60 pcs/min (for single-size production) and 30-35 pcs/min for normal operation, suitable range is wide, it can fully meet the needs of today's diversified packaging market. Suitable for the production of rigid boxes like smartphone boxes, makeup boxes, jewelry boxes, wine boxes and other boxes.
This machine adopts servo control system and visual positioning system to realize automatic completion of paper feeding, gluing, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box forming, edge wrapping, and built-in bubble pressing.
Feeding, glue and conveyor belt using well-known brand servo drive, can be infinitely variable speed, high precision, easy to adjust, save time. Positioning part adopts German multiple camera system with 10 million pixel tracing and YAMAHA robot arm for precise gray box grasping, improving positioning accuracy and efficiency. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, with change-over-time as short as 40 minutes. The dual forming stations and virtual cam servo driving system ensure high output and stable operation.
